10 Band Members We Wouldn't Mind Hearing a Solo Album From
When it comes to music, grouping up can sometimes be the quickest road to success. Those that follow the “there’s no ‘I’ in ‘team’” philosophy generally end up skyrocketing to the top due the sheer power in numbers. On the other hand, there’s always that one group member that makes you curious about what they could cook up on their own. That’s not to say that they’re better than the rest, but some artists just have an individual trait that could work on an independent platform. Considering the outcome it has had for Destiny’s Child former frontwoman Beyoncé or NSYNC’s head crooner Justin Timberlake, the benefits of branching out can sometimes be career defining.
We came up with a few team players in the music world who we think could successfully branch out on their own. We’re not trying to break up any happy homes here, but a one-off solo album isn’t too much to ask for, right? Even if these artists never step out of the collective in the near future, we can only hope that these 10 projects make it onto the shelves at some point in music history.Click to start the list
