9. Bomb the World (Klark Kent/PC)
Back in the early 2000s, artsy games were an uber-niche category with no audience. Bomb the World changed that. This online simulator created by renowned graffiti artist Klark Kent garnered the attention of novice spray painters and veterans who competed to tag trains (virtually) in 20 worldwide locations. It went on to win the 2004 People’s Choice Award at the Flash Film Festival in New York City. How’s that for a co-sign?
