33. North Carolina: Endless Grind
The scene in Raleigh is one of the best in the country thanks to the many college campuses and business parks in the area, but mostly because of Endless Grind.
One-time pro skater and North Carolina native, Reggie Barnes founded Endless Grind in 1986 and it has been going strong in the same location ever since. The shop hosts demos and signings that bring people in from all over the multiple-state area, and their team has a strong rep and includes pros like Dan Murphy and Pat Rakestraw, plus many ripping ams. Endless Grind is truly the NC skate capital.
(Full disclosure: I made a video for Endless Grind in the early 2000s)
