Nevermind – Nirvana
From the album cover to the content, Nevermind became an instant classic. Although Nirvana had released Bleach two years prior in 1989, this album launched the rise of grunge music into the mainstream. The origins of this diamond-selling project go deeper than “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” as the band originally titled the project Sheep until they used the early demos as a way to shop their music for a better record label. One major thing we’d like to see some insight on is that mysterious 10 minutes of silence that leads to the album’s hidden track. We’d like to thank the dude who added that neat surprise.
