Casey Veggies Is a Rap #Veteran
Casey Veggies is a consummate professional, when it comes to his career he moves like a man twice his age. This may be because he’s been dropping mixtapes and making music since he was in the ninth grade.
Coming up in the L.A. scene, Casey found his creative outlet in music at an early age. Realizing that it wasn’t just a hobby, or a way to kill time with the homies, he focused all his energy on his first mixtape. While it may have been a difficult decision at the time, it proved to be a fruitful one.
Casey would go on to link with PNCINTL (Peas N’ Carrots International) to drop a slew of well-received mixtapes, establishing himself as one of the West Coast’s new talents. His tenacity on the mic, and knack for crafting stellar tunes led to him collaborating with the likes of Vince Staples, Rockie Fresh, Mac Miller, and more. His success didn’t stop there, he would go on to become a brand ambassador for companies like PNC, LRG, and PUMA.
Following his killer set at Green Label Live: Chicago, Casey spoke on his journey touching on how he got where he is today. For Casey it has always been important to have people around him that inspire his creativity and keep him going. He’s never given up on his dreams, and never doubted his ability to use his music and talents to take him to heights that even he couldn’t have forecasted.
In the game of life authenticity, drive, and the belief that you can make a resounding impact on many is sometimes all you need to make your dreams a reality, and it might also help if you can keep the whole world singing your songs.
