Dew Tour Toyota City Championships in Brooklyn
Brooklyn is currently preparing for the Dew Tour to take over the borough this weekend on September 20 and 21. A variety of Dew Tour events will be taking place for the first time in Brooklyn at the House of Vans, including concerts, art installations and competitions such as BMX streetstyle, skateboard streetstyle, BMX street and skateboard street. There will also be a Dew Virtual Reality Skate experience that will give guests the chance to skate with some of the Dew Tour athletes. For the skate and BMX competitions, the venue will be transformed with a new street course filled with features for athletes like Paul Rodriguez, Sean Malto, and Theotis Beasley to exhibit their talents on, and outside on Franklin Street, traffic will be blocked to make way for the streetstyle course, which will feature real-world street obstacles. Free and open to the public, House of Vans will open its doors for the Dew Tour at noon on Saturday and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, so make sure to be there early to catch all the action.
