Lacoste L!VE Collabs with London’s Footpatrol
Lacoste L!VE is an imprint of the tennis giant that was founded in 2011 and adds some modern flare to the brand's sartorial offerings. With a penchant for creating forward thinking apparel with foundations in the classic they present a new collection that adheres to the brand's aesthetic.
The new collaboration with London footwear staple Footpatrol offers a monochromatic collection comprised of a color-blocked long sleeved piqué shirt and two takes on the Lacoste Halfcourt.
The sneaker, originally released in the `80s, comes in limited grey and black colorways. In addition to being updated with premium suede and nubuck uppers, each shoe features tonal Lacoste logos on the medial panels as well as a contrasting Lacoste gator all-over print tongue tag. Footpatrol completes the design with the addition of a raised version of their logo on the heel of the shoe.
The collection—an homage to Lacoste founder René Lacoste—will see a limited release of the grey sneaker on October 17 and the remainder of it will be released on October 24.
