Street Artist BLU Brings An Old Warehouse to Life
Since his rise to fame in 1999, Italian street artist BLU has been creating jaw-dropping, intriguing wall murals in cities around the world. He’s been known to leave his mark on abandoned buildings, water towers, and construction sites, using his artistic talents to breathe life into forgotten spaces. BLU’s latest project stays consistent with his ambitious style – the dude painted a stretch of larger-than-life, colorful characters on the façade of a retired military warehouse in Rome. Spanning down a line of over 50 offices, BLU’s figures take on a variety of expressions and personalities, culminating a storybook-like aesthetic. The result is a wildly impressive, one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
