17. Pulaski Park – Washington, D.C
Chris Hall, Pepe Martinez and Andy Stone immortalized this spot in the ‘90s. As D.C.’s Embarcadero, it drew skaters from all over the place, many of whom likely sought to emulate Pepe’s smooth lines. More recently, Johnny Layton ollied over the two ledges in the middle of the plaza, a feat that most of us would have deemed impossible during Pulaski’s heyday.
