2. Deep Fried Pizza

Unless you’re from Scotland or Italy, the idea of a deep fried slice of pizza is unusual, intriguing, and definitely something worth trying out. Depending on where you’re at, though, there are a couple of ways to pull it off. In Scotland, the pizza is smothered in brown sauce and folded in half after being fried without batter. Another variation is “Pizza Crunch,” which is battered, deep fried and served with chips. Over in Italy, they pack two layers of pizza dough with all sorts of ingredients, and then deep fry them to cheesy perfection.
