Infomercials are typically annoying, but Crazy Eddie took it to another level. However, while the message itself was outrageous, people still flocked to those “insane” prices. The original business model was a call-in service similar to those QVC shopping channels your grandma loves. After a series of up and downs — mainly due to the bad business deals of owner Eddie Antar — the brand never quite jumpstarted back up, even after two company revivals over a 20-year span. Thankfully, you can still find some of those over-the-top commercials they use to air on YouTube. Trust us, they’re worth the search.
