"No soup for you!" - The Soup Nazi
If it’s even possible to pick a funniest moment from Seinfeld, the season six episode, “The Soup Nazi,” easily ranks as one of the best. What makes everything even funnier is that the tough-to-impress attitude of Larry Thomas’s character is actually based on a real soup chef from NYC’s Soup Kitchen restaurant on 55th Street, which was renamed The Original Soup Man after shutting down for a brief moment in 2004. We just hope the one-year ban for quoting Al Pacino doesn’t apply in real life.
