Drake OVO Air Jordan 10 PES Will Officially Release This Year
Despite being embroiled in one of this year’s most talked-about rap spats, Drake has an opportunity to take a break from the tepid sirloin feeding the “Twitterverse” and celebrate another success, this time in the realm of sneakers.
Since his deal with Jordan Brand was announced, many speculated that Drake would be what Kanye West currently is to adidas. While we haven’t seen any original designs from Drake, he has been rocking exclusive colorways of a number of Jordan Brand retros and trainers, all the while teasing a collaboration that includes some popular retro models for about a year and a half now that would eventually be released to the masses.
The two officially announced OVO collaborations riddled throughout the blogosphere, since late 2013, have been the much-talked-about OVO Air Jordan 10s and 12s. While information for the Air Jordan 12 has been scarce, both the black and white colorways of the Air Jordan 10 saw a limited release at the temporary OVO pop-up shop in Los Angeles during Coachella earlier this year.
Since then, there hasn’t been much information on when an official release will take place but many have speculated that the sneakers could see a fall/winter release, given Jordan Brand’s typical winter release schedule. Many also feel that the highly sought after shoe could also release to coincide with Drake’s tour or the release of his upcoming album Views from the 6.

With the recent reveal of the official images via Nike along with the packaging for the white colorway, it looks like we may see more information on the release coming sooner than anticipated.
Luckily it looks like you won’t have to shell out 100,000 ducats to walk in the shoes of the “6 God.”
