19. Big Pants

Pants were big throughout the ‘90s, but never was this truer than 1992, when wearing the right pair of Blind or New Deal jeans—with frayed hems, natch—meant that you could barely see your shoes. This style faded as quickly as it emerged, and by 1993 most skaters’ pants had shrunk to a more manageable level of bagginess.
